Maximilian Rich has been an attorney with Strasser & Associates, P.C. since 2015. Mr. Rich has represented a diverse set of corporate and private clientele in a variety of fields of litigation, including general civil, corporate, probate and trust, employment, and matrimonial litigation. Mr. Rich also has experience in a range of transactional fields including residential real estate, estate planning, commercial real estate, and land use.

Prior to joining Strasser & Associates, Mr. Rich clerked for Honorable Judge Gregg A. Padovano, J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court. Mr. Rich has also interned for the Honorable Joseph Andresini, P.J.T.C. of New Jersey Tax Court, Justice Helen Freedman of the New York Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, and The Honorable Judge Robert P. Contillo, P.J.Ch. of the New Jersey Superior Court. Mr. Rich graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2014. Mr. Rich graduated from Colgate University in 2011, where he received a B.A. in political science and history.
