David E. Mayland has been an attorney with Strasser and Associates, P.C. since 2007 and has represented a diverse group of corporate and private clientele at all levels of litigation including State Court actions as well as Federal District Court proceedings. Representative cases include a wide variety of litigation including, business dissolution, real estate development disputes, contested commercial foreclosures, construction defects, land use, consumer fraud, estate litigation and general liability matters. 

Mr. Maylands’s transactional experience includes drafting and negotiating contracts for acquisition and disposition of real property, commercial lease agreements, construction contracts, commercial loan transactions and all levels of estate planning.
