Conrad is a Partner at Strasser & Associates, P.C.  He has been with the firm for nearly 30 years and manages the firms most complex cases. Prior to joining Strasser & Associates Mr. Olear represented professional athletes and was a former college quarterback for Fordham University.  An experienced litigator and commercial counsel with proven legal acumen, he has vast experience on the litigation spectrum.  With nearly 30 years of experience in the courtroom and the boardroom Conrad has a proven track record in delivering sound legal representation in State, Federal and Administrative Courts, as well as broad legal guidance to corporate and private clientele.    

Conrad serves as a committee member on the Bergen County Bar Association’s Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee which conducts confidential reviews of potential judicial and county prosecutor candidates in Bergen County.      

Conrad has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to the District IIB Ethics Committee and he serves as the Co-Chair of the General Equity Committee of the Bergen County Bar Association.  

Mr. Olear has been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey to act as legal counsel for alleged incapacitated persons.  He has also been appointed as Condemnation Commissioner by the Superior Court of New Jersey in various State condemnation actions.
